CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can be canceled before shipment via the “My Orders” section or by contacting support.
- A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- You may refuse delivery or accept and initiate a return as per this policy.
2. Return Eligibility & Window
2.1 Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from delivery date.
2.2 Mandatory Conditions
To qualify for return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed
- Undamaged and in original condition
- With all tags, packaging, and accessories intact
- Free from stains, perfume, or alterations
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Lingerie, innerwear, and intimate wear
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiation
- Log in → “My Orders” → Select item → Submit return request
- Provide reason and upload images (mandatory for damaged/defective items)
3.2 Pickup / Self-Ship
- Depending on serviceability, we will arrange pickup or request self-shipping
3.3 Quality Check (QC)
- All returned items undergo strict inspection
3.4 Approval / Rejection
- ✅ Approved → Refund/Exchange processed
- ❌ Rejected → Item shipped back to customer
4. Shipping Charges for Returns
4.1 Customer-Initiated Returns
- For size issues or change of mind:
→ Customer bears return shipping charges
4.2 Company Fault Returns
- For defective, damaged, or wrong products:
→ CartZones bears full return cost
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refund Mode
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
5.2 Timeline
- Initiated within 3–5 business days after QC approval
- May take 3–7 additional days depending on bank/payment provider
5.3 Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) fees
(Refunded only in case of company error)
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges allowed for:
- Size issues
- Damaged/defective items
شروط:
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Subject to stock availability
If replacement is unavailable → Full refund will be issued
7. Refused Deliveries & Failed Attempts
If an order is:
- Refused at delivery, OR
- Undelivered after 3 attempts
Then:
- Two-way shipping charges may be deducted
- COD option may be disabled for future orders
8. Policy Against Abuse & Fraud
To ensure fair usage:
We monitor:
- Excessive returns
- Used product returns (“Wardrobing”)
- False claims (e.g., missing/empty packages)
We reserve the right to:
- Reject returns
- Block refunds
- Suspend or terminate accounts
9. Self-Shipping Responsibility
If you choose self-return:
- Use a reliable, trackable courier service
- Share tracking details with us

- Lost shipments
- Damaged returns during transit
10. Limitation of Liability
- Liability is limited to the purchase value of the product
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by:

- Logistics disruptions
